These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VLT Underground Streetwear Marketplace ("Platform"), operated by VLT ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
VLT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
All prices on VLT are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store your full payment card details. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
VLT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Final sale items, Mystery Box orders, and limited-edition drops are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, contact us at Vaultcatalog@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns will receive a prepaid shipping label. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
VLT hosts independent underground streetwear brands ("Brand Partners") on the Platform. While we vet all Brand Partners for quality and authenticity, VLT is not responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, images, or claims made by Brand Partners.
Any disputes relating specifically to a Brand Partner's product quality, sizing, or fulfillment should be directed to us at Vaultcatalog@gmail.com and we will mediate on your behalf.
All content on the VLT Platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, images, and software — is the property of VLT or its Brand Partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Brand Partners retain ownership of their own brand assets, product photography, and creative content. By submitting content to VLT, Brand Partners grant VLT a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote that content on the Platform and associated marketing channels.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. VLT does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VLT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VLT and its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to VLT in the 90 days preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
