Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order is passed to the brand for fulfilment and changes can no longer be made. Reach out to us immediately via the Contact page if you need to cancel.
Yes — most products on VLT are limited runs from small independent brands. Once they're gone, they're gone. We don't do restocks unless the brand specifically announces one. Follow us on social @vltcatalog to catch drops as they happen.
Sizing varies by brand and item. Each product page lists available sizes. Many underground brands run oversized or specific-fit cuts — check the brand's own size notes where available. When in doubt, size up.
02 — Mystery Drop Box
Each box contains 3–5 curated pieces sourced from underground brands on VLT. The exact items are a surprise — that's the point. Every box is different and no two are the same. Check our Mystery Box page for tier breakdowns.
Our curators hand-select pieces from brands currently on VLT. We rotate the selection with every new brand drop cycle, so the box stays fresh. We focus on pairing pieces that work together as a cohesive fit.
We don't accept returns on individual Mystery Box pieces due to the curated nature of the product. If an item arrives damaged or is outside your selected size range, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
03 — Brands & Platform
Every brand on VLT is hand-reviewed. We look at design quality, authenticity, community presence, and whether the brand has something genuinely new to say. We don't accept brands just to fill the catalogue — we'd rather have fewer, better ones.
Head to the Submit Your Brand page and fill out the application form. We review every submission and respond within 5–7 business days. Include your best work — first impressions matter.
Not necessarily. Many brands sell through their own channels too. What makes VLT different is the discovery layer — we surface brands before they blow up, and customers find pieces they wouldn't have found otherwise.
04 — Account & Payments
You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders, save favourites, and get early access notifications when new brands drop.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely. We never store full card details on our servers.
